If your package has not shown any tracking updates for more than 10 business days, please contact us immediately. We will launch an investigation and keep you fully informed throughout the process.


8. Incorrect delivery address

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of the delivery address provided during the order. Pawly cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at contact@thesnugpet.store. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to correct the address. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee a modification.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment. Additional fees may apply in this case.


9. Customs and import taxes

For deliveries to France, Belgium, and Luxembourg, packages are shipped from outside the European Union. Your shipment may therefore be subject to customs formalities upon entry into the EU.

Applicable customs duties, VAT, and import fees are included in the product price where required by law, or will be clearly indicated during the order. We are committed to being fully transparent about these fees before validating your purchase.
