General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Art. 1 — Scope and contracting parties

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern all contractual relations between:

and

Customer: any adult natural person or legal entity placing an order on the online store (hereinafter "the Customer").

By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges having read these GTC and accepts them without reservation. The applicable GTC are those in force at the time the order is validated.

Art. 2 — Offer and conclusion of contract

2.1 The products presented on the store constitute an invitation to make an offer (offerta ad incertam personam) and not a firm offer within the meaning of Art. 3 CO. Pawly reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability at any time without prior notice.

2.2 The sales contract is concluded when Pawly sends the Customer an order confirmation by e-mail (Art. 3 and 4 CO). This confirmation constitutes acceptance of the order.

2.3 Pawly reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stockout, manifest price error, suspicion of fraud, or unusual quantity ordered.

2.4 The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order (address, e-mail, etc.).
